Group Pace Active Shorts

Going for a run in a group sounds like a great idea. You will get to spend time with friends, catch up and do so while getting some exercise in, at a pace that suits all involved. 

But, while many can stick to that group pace, there's always one person who hasn't run since cross country day at school and will have to 'catch up with you later'. On the other hand, there's also that person who's most used app is Strava and can't help but lead from the front.
